Beachfront Spanish Style Landmark 3 Bedroom 2 bath House

  • Welcome to fun and relaxation and welcome to a excellent family get-a-way in a great family town. This charming and historic 3br/2ba Spanish style 1,400 sq ft home was recently freshly painted (October 2023) and sits on 100 feet of ocean frontage. Access to the beach is literally 40-feet from the corner of the lot. The house has hardwood floors and comes fully furnished including a washer and dryer. The house sleeps 6 comfortably and includes a king-size bed, a queen bed, and a set of single beds. The ocean is literally right outside the front door and the views are spectacular. Eating establishments are within walking distance with town center being approximately a mile walk down the beach (or sidewalk). The house has central air and a garage is also available. Price includes cable TV, internet (WiFi) and all utilities.
