Excellent room especially the sea view rooms. The bed is big and plenty of pillows. View from the balcony is spectacular especially on a sunny fay. Breakfast is awesome!

Excellent stay
The room was clean and comfortable. We had an amazing view of the fjord. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

The room was clean, and had a balcony. It had no coffee machine or an electric kettle, but we managed to get one at the counter. It was close to the Loen Skylift. The restaurant was booked solid, so we didn't get our chance. The free washer was not working, the dryer was constantly in use.

This was the most beautiful property we’ve stayed at! Quiet right on the fjord. Ask for a fjord view (that’s what we had) or else you may get a parking lot view. We ate dinner there because with a toddler it was easiest and it was the most delicious meal we’ve had thus far in Norway! The breakfast is superb. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are exceptionally clean. Highly recommend. We traveled from Geringer and took the fairy back in the morning. We were happy we stayed outside of Geringer and at this hotel and happy to take the extra hour travel time.

Hotel is amazing with unbelievable view. The room was clean, nice, very comfortable, staff was very nice. Breakfast was delicious. Nothing to complain.

The place is a hidden gem. Supper clean, wonderful site, rooms are large including bathrooms. Only thing is we had 2 single beds in our room separated by night stand that was affixed to the wall. Breakfast was tasty.

We found a hidden gem in Valldal
It’s absolutely wonderful. My wife is a clean freak, and this is one of the cleanest hotels we have stayed during this trip in Norway. The staff were amazing. They truly know what hospitality is about. Something that most hotels in USA need to learn from. We truly appreciate their sweet gesture for letting us to check out later. And they also gave us a sweet upgrade. Couldnt ask for better first impression of this property. Last but not least, the view of the Fjord was truly incredible. We instanty felt the sense of peace as we walked out and wandered through their yard looking over the majestic Fjord. We will absolutely come back and stay here again.

On the average two we start at different Hotel reach night and come across as different kinds. This one hit a lot of the right business. The location is lovely and quiet with a fantastic view. Eustine went above and beyond to ensure we were happy, always thoughtful and accommodating. Definitely recommend it.

Beautiful Hotel in serene location.
Excellent hotel, very happy with our stay. The staff is friendly and the hotel is very clean in a perfect serene location in between the mountains and the fjords. Close to hike routes and a plethora of outdoor activities. The breakfast had a variety of choices for all dietary requirements. Also, there is an ev charger which was convenient for our case. Definitely recommend this.

An expensive hotel. Stayed in others with equally magnificent views for a lot least. Many rooms with terrace face car park. Did ask for a double room but got two beds strapped together with a cable tie. Breakfast good. Shower not great.

Passed by the hotel some few times - this time we stayed. Excellent small hotel, nice surroundings, in the middle between Geiranger and Trollstigen! Clean, nice bathroom, very service minded staff / but as most of the times in Norway - too soft beds ! Breakfast excellent and speedy served, ample parking and grocery shop near by in case ....

Lovely new hotel, but very noisy. Also it was the hottest week of the year and, with the room being on the ground floor, we couldn’t sleep with either open which resulted in being really hot! Breakfast was average compared to every other hotel we stayed. It was good, but not outstanding!

Love the simplicity of this hotel and the patios facing the fjord. Nice dining area and outdoor eating area. Dinner here was great. Stash amazing, especially Lisa! She provided excellent customer service and was a great concierge and providing friendly advice about the area.
