"Such a nice place. We have stayed in many short-term rentals and this one by far was one of the best. So clean, wonderful hosts and the attention to detail on their furnishings and what they provided was fantastic. We didn’t cook much except breakfast. The road outside is a bit busy so bring earplugs, but location and the beauty made you forget."

"Our stay at Franco’s house was perfect from start to finish. Our plane was delayed but he waited to meet us. The house was even better than the pictures, the location is perfect the size of the property is great for 5 adults. The lake level room is perfect to store your supplies for a day on the beach and with a toilet and shower it’s perfect to use after a swim in the lake. "Such a lovely Villa and a helpful property manager. If you're looking for a unique experience and a beautiful get away then this is your place! Amazing view of Bellagio just across the water on Lago Como. Downtown Varenna is just a short 10 minute drive from the Villa but it feels remote and with the Villa being right on the waterfront, the sounds of the water lapping on the rocks below can lull you to sleep at night. I would recommend this property to anyone who has a small to medium sized...
