"Room comfortable and clean, but the plumbing noises from other rooms disturb sleep, and room service is soooooo slow - 45 minutes for breakfast, 40 for lunch."

"The A/C was set to cold.The cleaning staff did a good job keeping the room clean. The front desk staff was helpfull in booking tours. The breakfast could use an upgrade to allow food to leavethe building. "

"Breakfast was great. The room 821 was a bit run down and looked tatty which we hadn’t had before when staying at The View. We also got hit for $21 parking which was a surprise as we haven’t pad parking before. One of the lifts was out of order which made accessing the room painful and the one operating light was crowded and slow to get to as a result. We have stayed at View about 5 times this year and this was the only time the room has felt worn and run down. The parking was an unpleasant surprise. "

"Chaotic check-in due to a party of entitled seniors arriving at the same time. They kept interrupting my check-in and the receptionist kept stopping to answer their questions. Breakfast was meant to be included and at check in was told it was only to find it want on my booking. The receptionist argued with me that it wasn’t included only giving way when I found my email. Next morning it again wasn’t marked as included. TV in the room wouldn’t turn on but was fixed fast. All in all disappointing. "
