Coeur de Fitou : Maison de Village Atypique

  • Spend pleasant moments in my pretty house in the heart of the wine village of Fitou. You will enjoy a friendly and comfortable living room and a sheltered terrace with barbecue to extend the summer. The plus: the relaxation area on a suspended net...:-)
    The accommodation
    The accommodations are suitable for 5 people. It consists of a double bed in 140x190, two single beds in 90x190 and a cot for baby

    The house can accommodate young children, there are safety gates on each level, however the staircase that leads to the bedrooms and the terrace remains dangerous (see photo) and everything necessary to play is available (toys, books, playpen, travel cots, deckchair, high chair, baby carrier)...
    Other remarks
    The village of Fitou is a charming and peaceful wine village, pleasant in all seasons. You will find some amenities (bakery, restaurants, mini-market). From the house, you have access to beautiful walks or hiking trails. The beach and kite-surfing spots are less than 10 minutes away.
    The fireplace is functional however in case of wind it may be forced to back. Wood is not provided and remains at your expense (please provide yourself with suitable wood, no pallet or wet wood)
    If the fireplace or barbecue is not cleaned by you, a supplement of 30€ will be applied.
