"Lovely, friendly staff. We had 2 dogs with us and they were welcomed very nicely. The food in the restaurant was very average, although breakfast was excellent. We had a king sized room, which was in my opinion very small. The room was very hot, a fan or air conditioning would be something to consider? The bed was comfortable. Having 2 reasonably large dogs, negotiating the upper floor was relatively difficult."

It wasn’t hot inside during the heat wave, hurrah! The building itself is a bit shabby but the room was great. Very noisy at night so bring earplugs. We were lucky to get a parking spot in the street in front, but the train station car park is the backup. Breakfast was basic continental fare and kept us going."
