This rental is small but darling and has everything you need. The location can’t be beat as it’s steps away from the Peninsula Park entrance. The home doesn’t have central AC but a window unit in the Living Room on the 1st floor worked well. The two bedrooms upstairs were stifling hot but cooled off a bit at night.
