We did have trouble keeping the heat at an even temperature throughout the house, but the fireplace was warm and the beds were cozy at night and there were plenty of blankets everywhere! We cooked Thanksgiving dinner in the kitchen and we were missing a few things, oven mitts/pot holders, trivets, bigger bowls for mixing. We made due with what we had though. We enjoyed the beautiful large table in the kitchen and the large coffee table and swivel chairs in the living room, where we could all sit and enjoy our morning coffee and watch movies by the fire at night! My two sisters and I stayed three nights at the Fish Creek Beach House. We cannot say enough about how wonderful the accommodations were. It was super clean and is even more spacious than the pictures show and the decorating is really sharp. It has a fabulous view of Fish Creek Beach from the deck! The memory foam mattresses were extremely comfortable. The location is the absolute best - walking distance to town and the park. The host responded to any questions immediately and was extremely pleasant and helpful. We cannot wait to return next year! ##### Kathy F. All the info we needed was at our fingertips. Kitchen could use a few more basics...ladle, plastic wrap type things...but was clean and had plenty of dishes. Plus it was nice to have off-street parking in a relatively busy area. The view from the room was amazing - we loved hanging out on the front patio.
