"I wish i would have asked for the name of the lady that checked us in, she was AMAZING. The front desk staff was excellent throughout our stay. My kids made friends and had a blast in the pool. My husband, parents, and i loved playing pool in the lobby! Room was exactly what we expected (maybe a little more.modern which was nice). I have had horriible experiences with other Hilton properties but this stay has me wanting to continue staying with them."

"We had a wonderful experience at Homewood Suites by Hilton Charlotte Uptown First Ward. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Check-in was smooth, and the front desk team made us feel right at home. Our suite was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The full kitchen was a great bonus, especially for longer visits. The bed was cozy, and we appreciated having a separate living area to relax after exploring the city. The complimentary breakfast each morning was fresh and filling, with a nice variety of options. We also enjoyed the evening social hour and the onsite bar—great atmosphere and service! Location-wise, you can’t beat it. The hotel is right in the heart of Uptown, just a short walk from restaurants, parks, the light rail, and entertainment venues. It felt safe and convenient for getting around without needing to drive."
