"Now days a hotel with no working phone, lightbulbs not working in the bathroom and hair dryers in poor condition is unacceptable. Place is dated and with significant maintenance issues. For one night and a little over $100 not worth it. Very unfortunate!"

"We needed to check in because my granddaughter threw up on the plane and she desperately needed a shower. They told us we could not check in til 3 pm. I seriously doubted that at almost noon they did not have one available room. Not helpful at all. Not friendly. Will never book again."

"We left and lost our money. Did not feel safe and was not clean. Many sketchy people in hallways and standing out front. There was a strong smell of bleach in lobby and room as if it was a crime scene. There were cars being worked on in parking lot. Not for families or those not interested in a party or drugs."

"This was the most easiest stay I’ve had in a long time. I went with family to Denver for a concert at Empower field and for the day of the concert we decided to skip traffic and take the RTD. There is a RTD station less than 5 mins away from the house so we parked there and traveled downtown and back to the house with ease. This is definitely worth the price and stay! Next time we stay we won’t even need a car because the RTD can take you into town all while skipping the traffic."

"Years ago we would stay at Extended Stays but they went down hill and ultimately ended up with the worst reviews. That was 15-20 yrs ago. I booked here on chance only because reviews were so good and the price and location were ideal. I was shocked. ES has had a complete reformation. Room was very nice and well thought out in layout, fixtures, etc. Had a new kitchen. The desk was on rolling casters so could dbl as an eating table. Bathroom was large. Really liked everything about the room and slept well. Brkfast is grab n go, plus bending machines options. Only notice (but wasn’t necessarily smthng we needed) was that common area on the 1st floor is very limited in space and wished they had more outdoor seating (besides 2 picnic tbls out the back door). Overall, very pleased. Glad to see this brand has been revitalized. The kitchen is a big perk for longer stays and family travel."
