It is right in the centre. The Old town is at the top of a very steep hill, the room location mwant that you could walk into the old town Bazaar from the room without having to walk up hills. Newly renovated room was very comfortable and warm, and very tastefully done. The room looks like the photo and had a coffee machine and fridge. Fast wifi and a internet tv. Check in was easy, the owner sent the door codes on whatsapp. Breakfast was included a choice of hot or cold, and served at a restaurante around the corner, although it advertises that in summer breakfast is served in the Suites courtyard with a view of the mountains. if arriving by bus into the centre of new town Gjirokaster i recommend taking a taxi to the Old town - for only a few Euros it saves walking up a very steep hill with luggage. There is a bus service from opposite the bus station which drops off near to the Old town and costs 40 leke per journey. A great place to stay for a 2 day trip exploring the Old Town Bazaar and castle.
