"35 countries under my belt so trust me when I say this hotel is a good one. If you’re gonna be in Berat this is the one to choose. The view down the promenade from the rooftop restaurant is fantastic. Wonderful way to start the day each breakfast. Good location overall, nice park across street, and nice view of the Colombo hotel dome from the same rooftop outdoor deck. Great breakfast. Staff is perfect. Only improvement they could make immediately is get some ice machines on property. Don’t know what the deal is with all of Albania getting ice anywhere including hotels, or napkins at most meals or drink orders, but that’s nonsense by the rest of the developed world standard. This is NOT a plaza hotel issue, but since seeing it in other hotels and cities before coming to Berat, we notice it. This hotel borders on perfection regardless. :)"

Check in in my booking say 13:00 and when arrive at the time for it they said check in is 14:00-14:30 she said that is incorrect and contact Expedia for fix this on future. "I recently stayed at villa permet which a 20 minute drive to the thermal baths. My mother and I were very very impressed and pleased with the villa, it was impeccably clean and beautifully done. Staff was wonderful, they even went out of their way when my mom forgot her bag and they had it delivered by bus to our next destination to saranda. With all its contents including my moms NY drivers license inside. Very trustworthy people including the bus driver"

"Excellent stay in Berat — highly recommended! We had a wonderful three-night stay at Hotel Mimani in Berat while traveling with another couple. Everything about our experience was excellent. The owner and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. They truly made us feel at home throughout our stay. The continental breakfast was very good, with a nice variety and fresh options each morning. The atmosphere of the hotel was warm and relaxing, and it added greatly to our overall experience of visiting this beautiful city. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Berat!"
