Der Gastgeber Christian war sehr oft am Haus ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Er kam bei den Kindern gut an und hat sich viel Zeit für Jung und Alt genommen. "The rooms and staff were great tho the AC was a challenge. Hotel controls the temperature. We were there during the record heat wave so they get a pass as Europeans dont normally see those temps in June. The hotel is close to public transport and if you stay 2 nights or more you can get a pass to ride in Innsbruck. The breakfast buffet is good and the facility is nice. My only complaint is they have this great restaurant and only 1 cook. I was told it was just our dumb luck he was off when we were there. We had been traveling all day in 98 degree weather and starving. To tired to go out and all they had to offer was pizza one step above a frozen one. Come on Hilton hire another cook!"
