Just a few things minor things that can be improved are: - The pool heater wasn’t working for us - Cleanliness could have been a bit better, there were a bunch of dead flies in the kitchen. - A house rules book with check-out directions would be helpful. - The living room carpet smelled of pee a bit. "Girls’ weekend for wine tasting! The house was perfect for the 4 of us. Everyone had their own room. The house was clean and smelled good! We loved that the beds were made and everything we needed was provided in the bathrooms and kitchen. We definitely enjoyed hanging out talking in the evenings on the comfy couch. The bungalow features a great layout for two couples as there are two king bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, one of which has a second door to the common area. "We were in NY for 2 wedding ceremonies-1 in Rochester-so house location was very convenient-and one in Hilton-an easy 30 min drive. This house was in a nice neighborhood, clean and well furnished. We walked to 2 different breakfast places-Balsam Bagels and Liberty Family Restaurant-both very good. We enjoyed dinner at Winfield Grill which was also very good. If we find ourselves back in Rochester, we would definitely rent again."
