There is an air Conditioned, open plan living/ dining area that opens out onto the front balcony where you can absorb the stunning views right across to Fingal Island. Having two huge decks out the back for all year round relaxing with one being undercover and providing the perfect setting to cook up a storm on the gas BBQ or just relax and take in the gorgeous backdrop of Tomaree National Park that backs onto the property. Having the inground pool to help guests cool during those hotter months which is perfect view from the outdoor seating area to watch the kids. Built over 3 levels, there is a double lock up garage with internal access to the house on the ground floor. Walk up 15 steps to the living/ dining/ kitchen area where Free Wifi, Apple TV, Wii U, cosy fireplace, split system air conditioner and DVD player are provided.
