Unfortunately on arrival the house was clearly not in use for quite some time, there were dead bugs thought out the entire property. Several cockroach baits were scattered in each room, so this may be a continued problem. Whilst the ensuite toilet had a cleaned wrap around the toilet lid, there was gross, cloudy, faecal matter in the toilet not flushed. The ensuite shower, floods, so every shower we had to sacrifice a towel to stop the place from flooding. The mattresses and possibly linen need to be replaced, my daughter and I have dust mite allergies and from night one were both covered in bites, itchy as anything. The kitchen appears to have been renovated very nicely, there was one pot lid that was broken and put back, otherwise no complaints.The property has a Kmart portacort and a small high chair which we used. However they also list baby gates at the top and bottom of the stair case, the top baby gate was broken, a material pull across one, someone had obviously tried to makeshift a quick fix as there was a slit cut in it where the catching mechanism is meant to be. So we had to move the bottom baby gate to the top area so our toddlers didn’t push on this broken mesh and fall through as unfortunately the broken catch is the bottom catch We alerted the Realestate to these problems during the week, but I feel because we also came in regarding something else these we not taken on board. ##### Sarah B.
