This bright and sunny apartment has been fully remodeled with a state of the art kitchen, all new furniture, soft linens and modern amenities. Sparkling clean, with a rare balcony on the south side, this home gives you a warm and sunny spot to watch the scene below while sipping coffee or prosecco. There is a foam-top queen-sized bed in the quiet bedroom, a bright eat-in kitchen with a dining table for six, and a large living room with a very comfortable sofa bed for two more people to sleep. Cable TV, iPod stereo, dishwasher and clothes washing machine. The apartment is located in the charming village of Finalborgo, recognized as one of the Most Beautiful Villages in Italy every year. It is only a kilometer to the best beach on the Italian Riviera in the town of Finale Ligure, with southern sun exposure, clear blue water, gentle waves and real sand! Finalborgo is located 45 minutes from Genoa and an hour from Nice, France and the Piemonte wine region. The village has gorgeous piazzas, delicious restaurants, year-round events, live music in the streets and fabulous shopping. It's a pedestrian-only town, with cobblestone streets, castles up on the hills, church bells and flowers hanging from every window. If you're looking for a more lively scene at night, Finale Ligure is just a 10-minute walk away, and has everything you can find in a vibrant city, located right on the Ligurian Sea. Close to cafes, trattorias, etc. A couple of blocks to walk for parking but had no problem locating free parking. Given the surrounding mountains and thick walls of the apartment there is little to no cellular internet coverage. Available WiFi from within the apartment would’ve been much appreciated. Christina was a great manager and contact for all things necessary. Though we didn’t use there are beach chairs and umbrellas available. Extra bath towels in addition to the two provided would’ve been helpful to have for an extended 1 week stay. Overall a very nice stay. ##### Salvatore L. We felt very comfortable in the flat. The flat is comfortably furnished, everything is available and in great condition. The flat is in the middle of the town, so you also get a taste of the beautiful ambience. Michelle, the owner, is very helpful and always answered immediately. Parking and a supermarket were a short drive from the town walls, as well. You literally spill out the front door of the building into a cute Wi-Fi café with delicious food and drink options to get your morning started. Close to restaurants and so convenient and picturesque. The pictures of the home don’t do it justice! It was extremely clean, spacious for a family of four, very clean and comfortable beds and pillows, very comfy linens, and had everything we could possibly need. We are extremely picky and have high standards - but felt comfortable in this home as soon as we entered. It just has a very homey feeling to it. It’s been renovated and just feels right. We appreciated having the washing machine as we’re traveling through Italy and Michelle had everything available to us like a hairdryer, dishwasher, soap, shampoo dishwashing detergent etc. There was absolutely nothing missing from this property. One of the best experiences we’ve had with a home rental thus far. It really felt like a home away from home. Not to mention Elisa and Giovanni who managed the property for Michelle - were absolutely amazing ! They were available if we needed them and felt like we were being greeted by family! We’ll be sure to stay here again when we come back to Finale Ligure! Oh this was a 15 minute walk to the beach but we preferred to stay here vs directly in Finale Ligure. We preferred the environment and restaurants in Finale Borgo and ended spending the evening here. We’d do the same on our next visit. ##### Lara F. Si trova dentro il borgo e vicinissimo al capolinea dell'autobus e negozi, a piedi dista circa 20 minuti dalla stazione di Finale Ligure. La comunicazione coi proprietari è stata ottima e l'accoglienza sul posto davvero piacevole. Ho trovato tutti molto gentili e disponibili.
