It is the perfect place for a peaceful holiday and is also only a few minutes away from the beach. The 70 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), heating, a fan, a washing machine as well as a TV.
The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a pool, a garden and a barbecue. The pool is open between 10 am and 8 pm from June to September. Contact owner to be sure of specific opening dates and for additional special requests.
The American base Melogno is 12 km away and is ideal for excursions and walks. Just 400 metres from home, you can find a restaurant and pizzeria, grocery stores and a bakery. All the essentials in Finale Ligure can be reached within 5 minutes.
