"The lodge was clean and modern , we liked the closed off area outside, being as we took a dog and 2 kids with us , it was safe , the artificial grass on top off the decking was a great idea , save slippings .The lodge provided plenty of towels and there was everything in the drawers and cupboards that you can think you may need .Beds were comfy , there were plenty of light coming into the Lodge, the people on the caravan park were helpful and friendly. We walked through the new estate across the train track into a family park with cafe and rides ,boating lake trampolines, cheap prices .Then walk straight down the steps to the sea front and kids outdoor paddling pool . We will be coming again for sure .A satisfied customer , also we loved filey and all it's cafes etc ."

"What a stunning little place. Everything immaculate with some lovely little touches like the welcome basket. My only disappointment was that we hadnt booked for longer. Loved it and will definitely be back again soon!"

"Fabulous spot , lovely cottage - everything we needed for throughly enjoyable weekend We were allowed earlier check in and later check out Spotless house , great location Loved my early morning walk to fantastic stretch of beach Would definitely come back"

"The flat was very clean well equipped and warm. The two things we didn’t like were the beds were too soft for us and the shower was difficult to use. Controlling the temperature was difficult for my wife. We were also disturbed by the guests upstairs coming in late at night . Parking was a little difficult and our car got covered in Seagull poo overnight. One of the hazards of visiting the seaside these days!!!"
