This hotel does not deserve a 4 star rating as its facilities are in need of updating. The area surrounding the hotel is a bit sketchy too.

Good hotel but slightly outdated.
Good hotel with very friendly staff. The hotel ambience and amenities are average (and outdated in some areas) but the staff is very friendly and helpful. The food was fantastic. I would recommend getting a room with the more modern bathroom. The other bathroom style looks very outdated. Overall it's a good hotel and my stay was pleasant.

A nice, clean simple hotel with decent breakfast. The rooms are quite simple, with very little decor, laminate faux wood flooring and hospitla like walls and window coverings. They are however fairly spacious. The.common area hotel decor is better.

GREAT staff in bar and restaurant; very friendly and professional. Excellent breakfast buffet. Front desk was constantly busy; waited 15 minutes to check-in and 10 minutes to check-out....Reception answering phone while trying to help clients. Clean, modern hotel.

Impeccable. Polite staff. Cyclist friendly.
Very friendly and polite staff. Old style hotel in impeccable state. Modern clean rooms. Good breakfast with a staffed buffet to comply with covid restrictions. We were on a multiday cycling trip and were positively surprised they had a safe storage for our bikes with som basic bike service amenities.

Pound for pound not worth it
This hotel is extremely inconvenient situated on a busy road. The garage spaces across the street have very narrow bays and the experience finding the hotels is a complicated mission. The hotel is OLD, it seems to have been refurbished some years ago, but it is a bit like painting an old car, it is still and old car. Would I stay again? No. I cannot recommend the hotel, nor the city. The rooms are small, and cramp and the price verses quality do not match.

Buenas tardes Lamentamos que no le haya gustado lo suficiente nuestro Hotel. Cada año hacemos alguna mejora y tenemos un especial cuidado y esmero para poder tener nuestras instalaciones de óptimas condiciones, lamentablemente no todo el mundo aprecia . La mayoría de hoteles en Figueres ,entre ellos el nuestro, se encuentran en la avenida principal que traviesa la ciudad por lo que es fácil poderlo encontrar, pero si no es así, llamando a recepción le hubiésemos indicado la manera más fácil de llegar hasta aquí . Las habitaciones que dan a la calle son pocas y además están equipadas con ventanas con cámara de gas que aísla del ruido exterior . De todas maneras, tendremos en cuenta sus comentarios.

Elegant Hotel with wonderful service
A nice, elegant hotel that is easy to access from the motorway and close to the Dali museum. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, and the service was excellent. Would book again!

Fabulous front desk people, perfect English with a sense of humor. Get there mid-afternoon and you might get a parking place right behind the hotel where there are 5-6 places. If not, there is a lot directly across the street. The Hotels.com website says parking is 12 Euros but we were charged only 5! Short but hilly walk to the Dali museum. Be sure to get tickets in advance on-line. Wifi great, restaurant better than average. We did not have breakfast there. Great value for the money!

Good Hotel in Figueres
The service at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. Even though the hotel is on the main street of town I passed it by but they did have parking available. It's within walking distance of the Dali Museum and the center of town. The property is older and the room was somewhat dated but it was a pleasant stay.

We were driving and it was an easy location to find also had safe parking. Pleasant helpful staff. Room temperature warm but had a balcony to get fresh air.

It is very close to the old city and has parking across the street. Rooms are very large and nice bathrooms. All very clean. Have a great buffet breakfast.
