"My room had hair all over the bathroom and dirt at the base of the shower. There was a bandaid stuck to the smoke detector above the bed. The on-site restaurant is very good and a nice option to have. Cleanliness is the main area that needs improvement. "

"The lobby was packed with people trying check. There was no one to tell me what line was what I spent 30 in the wrong line. After checking in I was told the elevator was broken. I was given confusing direction on the location of my room. I went back 2 Times trying to get help. The staff responded with figure it out your self attitude. After almost 30 min we found the room. We occasionally bumped with other people with the same problem."
