"I often stay in other hotels in Melb with a much higher rate. . This gem surpassed so many I’ve stayed in before. Location is so convenient as is getting into and out from the hotel with transport. Parking was great and my bigger vehicle had plenty of space. Room spacious and comfortable. Friendly helpful staff. Will be back Nothing to fault "

"The early morning staff was rude. I needed to check-out early, at around 4am, I did a valet parking, and I told the day staff that I will be checking out early so I needed my car at around 4am, he told me that there will be no problem only to be told rudely by morning staff that I did not specify the time that I will be checking out."

"The hotel was ok. Close to food places, trash cans didn’t have garbage bags, no bathroom amenities except hand soap/body wash. No wall plugs next to bed, dark lights. Breakfast had good amount of choices but not a lot. "

"The room was quite hot and stuffy overnight, despite having the cooling on. It made it difficult to sleep. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, which added to the heat. The female toilets in the restaurant were very basic and hadn't been swept properly or walls cleaned for some time. I rate it as "ok" overall as the location was central to where we wanted to go. I doubt I would stay there again. "

"Staff were brilliant, kind and informative. Pool was huge and had an abundance of clean towels. The spa was a little dirty but what can you expect with hot bodies in hot water. Room was fantastic and clean and the views were beautiful. "
