Great staff, location, and room.

Cute little hotel 2 blocks from Oleduniz Beach. Amazing and accommodating staff that helped with everything we needed. You would think it may be loud in the rooms with the location, but it's not at all. Slept great! Thank you Ali and crew for your hospitality!

I was only provided with one 500ml bottle of water during my 2 nights ($300) total of about $150 per night. When I asked for one more bottle of water, I was told that only one 500ml bottle of water was provided for two days. Compared to the large room, the small air conditioner did not function well and was not cool, and I had to live with a small fan I got by request. The fan I received did not work properly because the button fell off. It was dirty because it was not cleaned properly, and the shower had mold, so I had to wash it with moldy water. I was itchy all over. One point is not worth it.

Genel olarak temiz ve konumu güzel bir otel olmakla beraber her gün aynı kahvaltının çıkıyor olması ve çeşitlilik olmaması uzun süre konaklayacak kişiler için sıkıcı olabilir. Bir de kahvaltının 10 yerine 10:30 da bitmesi daha iyi olabilirdi. Konumu ölüdeniz plajına , dolmuşlara ve çarşıya, restoranlara yakın olup istediğiniz an istediğiniz yere ulaşımınız çok kolay. Otelle alakalı en sevdiğimiz yanı konumu oldu . Otele ait özel otopark yok. Araçlarıyla gelecek kişiler için park yeri bulmak zorlayıcı olabilir. Otelde kalıp vakit geçirmek istiyorsanız malesef bunun için çok bir alan yok, oteli yatmadan yatmaya kullanalım temiz olsun zaten günümüzü sabahtan akşama kadar dışarda geçireceğiz diyorsanız çevredeki otellere kıyasla daha uygun bir otel seçeneği olabilir.

Öncelikle fiyatı makül olduğunu düşünüp ve yüksek puan aldığı için bu oteli tercih ettik ancak serpme kahvaltı dışında pek bir olayı olmayan bir otel havuz küçük ve asla temizlenmiyor klorun k si yok dibinde taşlar var havuzda taş nasıl olabilir? standart oda tutmuştuk oda standartında altında bir oda duşa kabin pis ayna kırık yatak göçüktü, oda temizliği her gün yapılmıyor 2. gün temizlik yapılmamıştı aynı havlulara silindik. Televizyon çok ufak. Genel olarak vasat bir otel fiyatına göre asla hijyenik değil ortalama 17/i25 bin bandında çokta uygun değil. tercih edecekler bunları göz önünde bulundurmalı

Daha öncesinde de bu otelde kalmamız nedeniyle bu tatilimizde de bu oteli tercih ettik. Geçen sene otel temiz ,konforlu ve işletme sahiplerinin iletişimi çok iyiydi. Bu sene odamızın banyosunda aynalar kirli, duvarlarda kıl , yastıklarda lekeler , kullanılmış tuvalet kağıtları olan bir oda verildi. Bu durumu söyleyerek temizlenmesini rica ettik akşam geldiğimizde sadece aynayı silerek kılları almışlar. Banyoda kirli ayak havlusu temiz yerine asılmış, yenilenmesi gereken tuvalet kağıdı yenilenmemiş, düştüğü için çöpe atarız diye peçeteyle beraber koyduğumuz sabunu peçeteden ayırıp yeni gibi konulmuş bulduk. Resepsiyondaki hanımefendi ile konuştuğumuzda tamamen detaylı temizlendiğini belirtti ama içmediğimiz su şişesinin kapağı vardı banyoda? Ayrıca yenilenmesi gereken ürünler yenilenmemişti. İyi bir iletişim kurulamadı, şikayetlerimiz için yapıcı bir yol izlenmedi, bir daha asla kalmayı düşünmediğimiz bir yer oldu.

OTELCİLİKTEN BİR HABER OTEL

Otel kötü hizmet veriyor. Çok kötü malesef. İlk girişimizde odaya kahve istedik. Boşları aşağı indirmemiz söylendi. Yataklar inanılmaz rahatsız. En iyi 2 odadan birinde konakladık. Yandaki otelin mutfak kokusundan balkonda duramadık. 2.gün oda temizlendi. Odaya geldiğimizde balkonda içilen kahve bardakları aynen duruyordu. Zahmet edip alıp yerine yenisini koymamışlar. Otelin kendi restaurantında iletişim o kadar kötü ki yemeklerin tadına bakmaya fırsat kalmadan kalkmak zorunda kaldık. Kahvaltı ise 10 üzerinden 2 malesef. Beyaz peynir diye masaya koydukları peyniri anlatacak keşime bulamıyorum. Ben yaklaşık 9.000₺ gibi bir ödeme yaptım fakat inanın 1000₺ ya bile kalınmaz.

Otele girişimizden çıkışımıza kadar her anı objektif değerlendirecek olursam işletmecilik bir kenara insanlığın sıfır olduğu bir oteldi.güleryüzden tamamen uzak kibir abidesi kaba bir kadın işletmeci,patrondan yılmış mutsuz çalışanlar,gürültü,kendilerinin koyduğu anlamsız kurallarla tatile değil askeri kampa gelmiş gibi bir hisle kötü bir tatil tecrübesi yaşadık.Yanımızda köpeğimiz vardı(1 kg chihuahua) otele alınmayacağını öğrendik prensiplerine saygı duyduk veterinere bıraktık.Döndüğümüzde kadın çantanın içinde gizlice sokup sokmadığımıza dair itici bir sözde espri yaptı.Gizlice otele köpek sokacak olsak baştan sormazdık. Otelin resepsiyonunun hem girişinde hem çıkışında 2 adet sürgülü kapı bulunuyor.İlk kez açıp kapatan bir kişi ağırlığını kestiremiyor ve yanlışlıkla hızlı kapandı,kadın işletmeci bu sebeple azarladı üstüne kapıya lütfen yavaş kapatınız yazısı astı.Çıkışta ise zaten kapımı kırdın diyerek çemkirdi ki kapı orada kaldığımız günler boyunca kırık vs değildi.Otele 4 oda tutarak 7 kişi gittik ve farklı ülkelerden gelerek orada buluştuk.İşletmedeki anlamsız kurallardan biri olan masa birleştirilememesi sebebiyle ailecek kahvaltı yapamadık ayrı masalarda oturduk.Çıkışta saat 9 olmasına rağmen araca valiz yerleştirmek istedik sanki kaçıyormuşuz gibi arkamızdan koşup gerginlik yarattılar. Anlayacağınız her hareketinizde hayatınızda ilk kez otelde kalıyormuşsunuz gibi davranılarak sinir bozuluyor otelde.Üslup çok itici ve kibirli asla tavsiye etmiyorum.

To call this exclusive is a stretch, the price is the same as very beautiful hotels in oludeniz, extremely basic standard, the pictures don’t tell the truth, even the superior rooms are basic, beds are hard as rock, 1 thin blanket only, small cheap tv, I wanted to cancel the second day but they didn’t let me, offered to upgrade but it wasn’t worth the hassle and the room wasn’t much better, this was a £25/30 room !!!! Not what I paid, very uncomfortable stay, I was looking for a really nice comfy room but it was not, bothered on first night by someone banging hard on my door at 3am, scared me and woke me up, the telephones in room didn’t work to get help, one of the worst places I’ve stayed. If you are looking for exclusive as the name says you will not find it here. on the plus side Onur in reception is lovely and the little lady that makes up the rooms is an angel
