Superior room in Block 4 overlooking main pool was a nice size, nic big walk in shower and the bed as confy enough. Room was cleaned and bed remade each day. Bar Staff were friendly and the entertainmnet did a good job of getting everyone included in nightime entertainment. All inclusive food & drinks were good. The Buffet might not usit everyones taste but my wife and I aren't fussy so always found something nice for Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner. One reccomendation could have done with a selection of sweet pastries at Breakfast.

A nice hotel with friendly staff throughout, the rooms and bathrooms were a bit small, ridiculously small tv on wall. The pool was very good, bar was great and restaurant food was also good

Staff were great, fun and attentive. The cleaners were friendly and on top of everything. The restaurant staff were clearing tables quickly. Pool was a little shallow but no big deal. Bar was quickly cleared and serviced well. The entertainment and relations team were great! Good vibe and the good crowds

The Hotel overall was excellent. Although they didn't put our rooms near each other. Then we realised our room was a disabled room with no furniture and clumsy layout. Plus located right next to the entrance on the restaurant. After complaining several times and some delays they managed to change the room. Vegetarian options were non existent but there were plenty of sides to choose from which became very repetitive. But apart from those issues the hotel staff were excellent esp Murad(bar manager) and Umat(entertainnent lead). The drinks were limited but we of good quality. The pool was always busy and enjoyed the water polo. The room service was excellent and daily. Night entertainment was excellent as there was always some quality acts. The free shuttle to the beach was also a plus. Plus location was perfect with a 5 min walk to the main shopping area and a further 5 min to the beaufort Sugar beach.

Otel, Ölüdeniz’in keyfini çıkarmak için çok iyi bir konumda. Yemekler kaliteli ve hijyen konusunda özen gösteriliyor. Personel güler yüzlü ve hizmet kalitesi neredeyse kusursuz. Animasyon ekibi, sadece etkinliklerle değil, görevleri dışında da misafirlerle ilgilenerek otele pozitif bir hava katıyor. Ziyaret ettiğim onlarca lüks otelle yarışabilecek kapasiteye sahip ve özellikle temizlik konusunda oldukça titizler. Animasyon ekibinden John ve Messi, resepsiyonda Ayten Hanım ve Baran Bey, ayrıca barda çalışan tüm ekibe ilgilerinden dolayı teşekkür ederim. Ölüdeniz’in tadını sonuna kadar çıkarmak isteyen herkese bu oteli gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim.

Lovely hotel.
