Fantastic Hideaway

Was looking for a spot to celebrate my 60th, found this beauty while searching VRBO. To mentally process this event, I wanted quiet and remote, with a hot tub. It was a fantastic week, despite the cold and snow. It was a great escape! The artsy touches throught the property were wonderful, the cabin is very well appointed with anything you might need. Will bookmark this one for a return trip some day.

Peaceful and relaxing

An ideal location for truly getting away from the noise and chaos of work! This cabin is along a mostly quiet country road and surrounded by trees. Whether on the front porch or the back deck, it was easy to find peace here. The hot tub was wonderful. The cabin clean and comfortable with everything needed to make our stay worry-free. Would absolutely recommend if you’re seeking tranquility.

This was a very quiet location, once we could fine it--the road sign was turned around. Very nice, clean cabin with a hot tub to play in. Cute cabin design, fun scavenger hunt through the woods and a bubbling creek! Even hummingbirds to watch feed and fight from the super front porch. An old swing for two is out in the back yard. Very enjoyable weekend!

Cute, peaceful getaway

My partner and I stayed for a few days. The cabin is in a very secluded area but was easy to find. The property is absolutely gorgeous and very well maintained, lots of quirky art and beautiful plantings throughout the grounds. The cabin itself was cute and cozy and included just about anything we needed during our stay, especially kitchen items for cooking and baking. The bed we used was pretty comfortable and there were plenty of extra linens and blankets. The hot tub was a real highlight, it was kept very clean and it was a treat to see the stars from the back deck. There's not a lot to do in the area but you can't do better if you're looking for tranquility in a gorgeous natural setting.

Perfectly quiet cabin for a secluded getaway.

The driveway was well marked for a late night arrival, the lights were on, the cabin was very clean, and the hot tub was ready for guests. The hosts are very communicative, and would have done everything needed to make our stay perfect, except they made sure our stay perfect before our arrival so we didn’t need anything. Cell service isn’t a highlight, but the WiFi worked perfectly. This is the perfect cabin to disconnect from the hustle and bustle. It has the right mix of quiet and cozy comfort, with quick access to cute little towns, the Mississippi River, and the rolling hills of the Driftless Region. Stargazing was exceptional, the yard was immaculate, and front porch was a great place to enjoy hot coffee, read a book, and a listen to the birds sing the songs of their people. Highly recommend and likely to return. Probable be a great place to take off your pants and run around in your birthday suit, if that’s your thing. I didn’t try it myself, but if I was going to, the Cabin on Hidden Creek might be my venue of choice.

My stay at the cabin was an absolute pleasure. This charming retreat, set amidst breathtaking landscapes, offered a perfect blend of tranquility and comfort, making it an ideal escape from the daily grind. The first thing that struck me upon arrival was the stunning beauty of the surroundings. The cabin is nestled in a picturesque setting with lush greenery and serene views that immediately put me at ease. The well-maintained grounds further enhanced the natural beauty, making it a delight to spend time outdoors. Inside, the cabin was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. One of the most notable aspects of the cabin is its exceptional privacy, tucked away from neighboring properties. While everything about my stay was wonderful, one addition could make this place even more perfect: a fire pit in the back near the cozy swing would be a fantastic enhancement, providing a perfect spot to gather in the evenings, enjoy the crackling flames, and take in the star-filled sky. Overall, the cabin exceeded my expectations. It is a hidden gem that combines natural beauty, comfort, and privacy in the best possible way. I highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a serene and rejuvenating getaway. I am already looking forward to my next visit and hope to see a fire pit added to make the experience even more magical!
