"Great location. Parking was easy since a found a spot but could’ve been worse because I saw people having difficulty. Easy to walk to everything. Only issue was the wifi was a little shotty at times."

"Stayed here with my family (wife, a nine year old and a six year old) and we all loved it. Everything was clean, the policies were well articulated (!), and I could walk from my room to the beach in...30 seconds? We were also (pleasantly) surprised that, at least during our visit, it felt that we were in a really chill part of town - so much so that when we visited downtown proper on our way out I was surprised there was that much so close (yet outside of earshot). No concerns or complaints and looking forward to staying here again."

"I would highly recommend this place to stay. Your right with in walking distance of shops, restaurant's, carnival rides , the pier and the beach. With live music playing daily and fireworks on Thursday you can see at the beach across the street. Definitely will come back again!"

"This is my second stay in two years at this property and it’s really a favorite! I feel very safe and comfortable staying alone here and the loft is just plain cozy. Joanna is extremely responsive and there was no delay or hassle at all over one thing that needed to be repaired. The response and repair were immediate and she checked in to make sure all was going well the day afterwards. The location to a quiet beach and ice cream are definitely bonuses."

"We had an amazing stay! The property was exactly what we needed, clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish, which made everything easy.The location was one of our favorite parts. We had a beautiful view of the beach, enjoyed a bonus fireworks show from Old Orchard right from the living room/porch, and I loved drinking my morning coffee on the deck while watching the boats come and go. It was the perfect way to start the day.The beach was just a short walk away, making it easy to catch both sunrise and sunset, and shopping, restaurants, and other attractions were only a quick drive away.A few tips for future guests:* If you like a very dark room for sleeping, consider bringing a sleep mask, the bedrooms get quite a bit of natural light.* If you sleep with white noise, a small fan or noise machine would be helpful.* Have a towel or small mat by the door to brush off your feet. Sand has a way of following you everywhere!Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and would absolutely stay here again."

"The Peekytoe Property is a seaside gem. Perfect for large family gatherings. Clean, comfy and roomy. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your dinner planning - including plenty of ‘lobster crackers’ so you can enjoy a backyard Lobsterfest. The backyard is beyond what you can imagine. Beautiful! The hosts have thought of everything to make your vacation run smoothly. And if there’s something you need, they are a phone call away.You will not be disappointed by booking a stay! Enjoy!"
