Room was clean. Lobby does not look as nice as the picture. Needs some renovation. No elevators. Struggled with luggage up and down stairs and staff just looked and offered no assistance. Only one bed and not two. Two towels in the bathroom. No hand towels or wash towels. Great location. Staff was nice.

The guest lounge on 2nd floor had two people sleeping in the room when I went to breakfast. One person was asleep on the couch...the other asleep in a chair. Not a good look.
