"The room was clean/comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The lady that was helping with breakfast was friendly. It already didn’t have a pool and then the hot tub was not very well maintained and didn’t work. Other than that it was a nice place to stay."

"I had never stayed at a bed and breakfast. The owners were very kind and friendly and greeted us warmly when we arrived, late. I was happy to see it is a smoke-free establishment upon signing the agreement. They provided a full sit down breakfast, but my son and I had to leave at 6:30am, so we can't comment on it, other than that it sounded great. Everything was clean and the furniture seemed antique, eclectic, and well-maintained. Lots of beautiful plants in the south entryway which was like a sunroom."

"This house is exactly what claims to be and if you are looking to sleep a lot of people in Ephraim, this is the place. But it is quirky—the layout is strange: most bathrooms are inside other rooms and often lack towel racks, the kitchen is small (but very well stocked), there are bunk beds in a room with no curtains, things like that. The house was obviously designed by its original owners for grandkids so if you have little ones, that might be fun. The Tesla charger in the garage was appreciated."
