Small property but well maintained And the rooms were affordable and very nice!! Clean and inviting! Breakfast was simple…hot or cold cereal, muffins, juice etc but adequate for anyone who doesn’t need a large breakfast

The property had plenty of parking. The room was easy to access, however the motel does not have elevator to access the second floor. Rooms are vintage very neat and clean. I did not need restaurant service but I did notice there are very few restaurants in Manti non that are conveniently open, if you stay here plan your meals in nearby towns. I give them a 3 star motel rating. I will definitely stay there again next year.

Our room was very clean. It is an older facility, but has been maintained well. The staff we communicated with were very positive and helpful. No problem in the large parking lot. Perfect location for the activities we were interested in.

The manager who checked us in was very kind, welcoming, and helpful. My concerns are not with her, but with the owners. This property needs attention and investment that a manager cannot provide on her own. The carpet looked dirty and outdated, the entire room could use a deep cleaning and several updates, and the bedding, towels, and amenities were only adequate for one night. The parking lot and exterior also need considerable improvement. This motel is located in a charming town and has real potential, but the owners need to step up, make the necessary improvements, and give their manager the resources and support she needs to do her job properly. Until that happens, I would not choose to stay here again.
