"Just returned home from an excellent stay at villa Santa Brigida. The villa is in an excellent location, just an easy 10 minute stroll from the centre of Cala'n Porter. All facilities are great, especially the outside eating area and the pool. Communication with Julio was perfect, both before and during our stay. Oberes Bad schön gross und renoviert.Betten sehr unbequem, Ferdern haben durchgedrückt. Kommunikation am Anfang sehr gut. Schnelle Antwort und innert kürze wurde eine Lampe im Bad ersetzt.Am Abreisetag kam gar keine Antwort auf Anfrage. "

Da es unerwartete Weise im Juni schon sehr heiß war, war es sehr angenehm zwei Bäder und in allen Schlafzimmern Klimaanlage zu haben. Die Küchenausstattung ist minimalistisch ( u.a. 5 Teelöffel) aber ausreichend. Die Matratzen sind schön fest und bequem. "Lovely resort! We stayed with our young daughter in a room with a pull out couch and there was plenty of space. Room have a beautiful view and balcony with 2 chairs and table. There are 2 pools. One small adults only pool and one larger one for all. (As well as a small kiddie pool with a slide) All very clean and warm water. No trouble finding my a lounge chair. The resort is on a hill with about a 7 minute walk to the beach. It was not far at all but has a lot of stairs. There is no way to get a stroller down to the beach without caring it down about 100 stairs. The beach is gorgeous. 20 Euro to rent 2 chairs and an umbrella. Perfection. We had half board- recommend! This means we had breakfast and dinner included. It did not include drinks (alcoholic or not) or lunch. But drinks are reasonably priced at restaurants and the bars. There are about 5 different restaurants in walking distance from the resort and beach (but all involve the stairs). All of them we went to for lunch were wonderful! The food at the resort was good but not fancy. It was impressive how many people were able to served each meal. Everything was clean, fresh and refilled often. The staff worked so hard. Breakfast is the same daily but has a lot of variety (coffee and juice is included even with half board). Dinner has some standards each night but also each night has a themed station, we loved our stay and would recommend and return, (look into taking a boat trip from Fornells- highlight of our trip!)"

"- Free soft drinks, wine and beer - Free snacks / mini lunch - New, smart rooms - Waterfall shower - Large TV in room with netflix etc - Rooftop pool area Nothing bad to say. The only improvement would be the rooftop pool area. It's nice enough but for this to be a more luxury hotel, this would need to be larger area and larger pool."

"The location is fantastic - we went for the eclipse and it didn’t disappoint - however the rooms themselves could use some tlc! The main pool is lovely but the bar service is slow and under staffed- even before the day of the eclipse - definitely need more bar staff - poor Sainer worked v hard with no help - bad management there as there were other staff able to help (inc managers!) but overall nice chill place - v little else around but there is a supermarket close by - food is ok - breakfast is better than the evening meal but they have everything- although as is with meals served en mass - never great 😌 Taxi to the Ciutadella was 12 euro ans well worth a visit"

"Great hotel and location. We loved El Castell. Hotel could do with more sun loungers by the pool. There are two massive double sunbeds topped off which nobody could use. Also reception could be quicker to check in, a lot of forms to get a towel, most places give towel cards. Reception also needs to have better knowledge we asked about tapas places and somewhere to watch the England match and they couldn’t really help us"
