I had a good stay with YOUROPO - no air conditioning and being on the ground floor, no natural light at all.
Otherwise, the space was generous in size and was in an excellent location. Communication was also good!

Great apartment! Clean, spacious, and comfy beds. Great location as well, within walking distance to most of the sights and plenty of restaurants around. Would definitely rebook!

We did not stay at Lenscape coterie as it was undergoing renovations and therefore not open. We were relocated to another hotel in the group Torel Saboaria where we had a wonderful room. The breakfast was superb we had lunch and dinner which were equally as good as breakfast. We cannot thank all the staff enough as everyone was so kind, helpful and attentive even to the point of providing gluten free pancakes at breakfast.

"The staff here, aside from the lovely man in the dining room for breakfast , were minimalist at best. The front desk staff were well below par. The hotel is pretty basic and the town itself doesn’t have a lot to offer - look elsewhere for a Douro experience unless you want to see the church ..."
