This beautiful farmhouse is the ideal place for those looking for a relaxing holiday in the green hills of the Marche, without giving up the sea or the fun of the coast. The farmhouse offers bright environments, in a modern and tastefully furnished building. A beautiful swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas is available to guests who want to cool off and have fun on sunny days. You can explore the historic town Fermo known for its well-preserved architecture, including the imposing Fermo Cathedral and the Roman Cisterns. A short drive from the farmhouse takes you to the Adriatic Sea, where you can enjoy sandy beaches, water sports, and seafood restaurants along the coastline. Sunbathe, swim, or simply relax by the sea. The apartment is located on the first floor with an independent entrance and can accommodate up to 4 people with a double bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. Bright and tastefully furnished, it also has air conditioning for the hottest days. For guests who wish it is possible to enjoy an excellent breakfast in the main building.
