About this property

Ocean View and only steps to the sand !!

  • Complete and total renovation finished June 2019. Three full bedrooms and 3 1/2 full bathrooms just steps from the ocean. Walk out the door, go right and walk a half a block to the ocean. No busy streets to cross. Hardly gets any better.

    The house:
    1st floor: Queen BR & full bath and Rear Deck off Bedroom
    2nd floor: Kitchen (Refrig.,Stove, D/W, Micro) Slider to Deck where you can go hang out or go get some crabs and enjoy them out there too. New wood floors throughout.

    3rd floor: Master bedroom with its own full bathroom and the second bedroom with a full hall bath. Master Bedroom has deck with views of the ocean.

    Beautiful, large pool(secure)
    Outside shower when returning from beach.
