"Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. Despite having a confirmed reservation, the hotel was somehow double booked, and we were left standing in the lobby at 11pm with two exhausted kids for over 45 minutes with zero clear explanation or communication. The lobby itself smelled strongly of smoke—completely unacceptable, especially with children. The situation only got worse as we watched the staff struggle to handle the chaos. One employee was at least trying, running around physically checking rooms (thank you!), clearly overwhelmed. Meanwhile, Tammy behind the counter was loudly swearing in front of guests, including our children, offering no help and creating an uncomfortable, almost chaotic scene. Her behavior was completely inappropriate, our daughter was visibly scared and started crying…. After already spending 7 hours on the road, with another long drive ahead the next day, this was the last thing we needed. Our kids were begging us to leave, and we ultimately had no choice but to ask for a refund and find another place to stay—at midnight. Tammy used sarcasm til the end…. Completely unacceptable. Avoid at all costs."

"I want to say that I will NEVER book another stay at this property! We werent even allowed to stay at the property. I had requested a ground floor room if possible bc my travel companion is handicapped and does not climb stairs well. I also told them that we would be arriving VERY late. When we finally arrived to the hotel, the lady at the desk told me that they had sent me an email letting me know that they did not have a ground floor room nor did they have an elevator so therefore, she could not give me a room. I told her that we would make do, to just give us a room wherever she had one available. That we were very tired and just needed a place to sleep. She REFUSED to give us a room at all and told us that we would have to contact Hotels.com for our refund. Our room was already paid for and everything. She was such a rude and smart elic person that I will never recommend this place NOR EVER BOOK ANOTHER ROOM WITH THEM! I warn all travelers to stay away from this place!"

"There was ants in our room on the floor all the cabinets were broken in our executive suite. The tub what's nice? It was a jet tub, but there was no stop. So you couldn't take a bath and the curtain was too small.So when you took a shower, water would pour out onto the floor the air conditioning in the front room was broken all furniture looked like a guy working in a garage.Slept and sat in all of him greecefield the pullout couch, it had pee stains on itdefinitely needs some preventative maintenance to go through room 340 i wouldn't call it an executive suite The elevators were scary. I thought they were going to fall down.It also needs preventative maintenance done on there when we pulled into the parking lot for the night to go to sleep, there was no parking. We had a parking, the mexican restaurant parking lot "

"The NON-SMOKING ROOM was FULL of cigarette ashes, smoke smell, and BURN HOLES in the blankets and sheets! Horrible staff checked us into a dirty room. Claimed she would send clean linens immediately, never sent them though. Awful place to stay. Grounds are FULL OF ANIMAL FECES. "

"Check in process was long. We walked in our room to a dead roach next to the sink by the entry door, stains on pillow cases and mattress covers, and an abundance of trash under the pull out sofa. Room smelled of mildew and the air conditioner and air circulation didn’t do much to help. No ice anywhere on the property, women’s restroom on the first floor was out of order, and the plumbing needs updated because our toilet stopped up numerous times. Also breakfast was cold, and what was edible wasn’t very good. Staff was ok, wouldn’t say overly friendly, but overall we definitely wouldn’t stay here again or recommend until the rooms are updated and a new cleaning regiment is implemented. "

"This property is not kept up. Not worth $250 for one night stay. Non smoking room smelled bad. The sheets and bed spread were stained. Furniture was old and chipped. Paint outside the room on the floors and handrails was coming off. Very easy to see these owners do not care about their customers experience or the condition of this hotel. Would have asked for a refund if I could have found another place to stay for the night. "
