Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich einem geschmackvoll und modern sanierten historischen Bauernhaus. Wir haben die Herbstferien im Haus verbracht und die gut funktionierende Heizung zu schätzen gewusst. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und die Lage sehr ruhig. Das Preis- und Leistungsverhältnis ist hervorragend. Die Vermieterin ist bei Fragen gut zu erreichen und sehr freundlich.

La proprietaria è stata molto ospitale e disponibile. La casetta è davvero comoda e carina, un piccolo bijoux curato nei minimi dettagli. Consigliatissima. Il borgo innevato è magico. Poco distante da bar, supermarket.

Buon appartamento, ben ristrutturato con ampie stanze, poco luminoso ma ben rifinito. Posizione strategica, ottimi il parcheggio e il giardino. Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo e proprietaria disponibile, gentile e sorridente ( cosa non da poco di questi tempi…).

Woning bestaande uit keuken, badkamer en slaapkamer op souterrain verdiep. Woning heeft daardoor weinig lichtinval. Ideaal voor 2 personen, beetje nipt voor 4. Woning is goed onderhouden en was heel proper bij aankomst. Vriendelijk contact bij sleuteloverdracht. Huisraad is voldoende om zelf te koken. Buiten is er een grasveldje waarvan gebruik worden gemaakt en privé parkeerplaats. Degelijke woning maar echte vakantiegevoel ontbreekt beetje.

Mooi maar donker appartement

Een goed en centraal gelegen appartement voor een paar dagen als uitvalsbasis voor trips in het Aostadal. Door het ontbreken van een terras of balkon is het minder geschikt om buiten het appartement van de zon te genieten. Binnen is het erg donker. Meer of grotere ramen zijn eigenlijk een must. Wij zorgden er daarom voor ‘s morgens vroeg weg te gaan en laat terug te zijn.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig. Von der Küche haben wir ausgiebig gebrauch gemacht. Das Doppelbett hat eine sehr gute Matratze. Wir haben lange und tief geschlafen. Die Wohnung hat nur sehr kleine Fenster. Daher ist es von Vorteil, wenn man tagsüber auf Exkursionen geht und nicht zu hause bleibt. Internet ist in der Gratis-Wifi-Zone beim nahe gelegenen Gemeindehaus vorhanden.

DE foto hierboven geeft een beeld van het app op de 1ste verdieping. Ons app lag achter het meest linkse hekje. Voor 2 personen is app mooi ruim. Het zag er netjes uit. Drie opmerkingen: de badkamer is groot, maar de douchehoek wel erg klein. De ramen zijn erg klein. Dus de hele dag verlichting nodig. Er waren heel weinig glazen en koopjes.
