For shared use: garden 1'500 m2, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool (7 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Sep.). Table tennis, arbour, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground. In the house: sun terrace, central heating system. Parking. Grocery 6 km, restaurant 6 km, bus stop 200 m, railway station "Feldkirchen in Kärnten" 6 km, public bathing area 6 km, bathing lake "Ossiachersee" 8 km.
