About this property

Lovely holiday villa. Pool and beach

  • Sleeps 10. 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa with private swimming pool, barbecue area and lots of terrace area for both sunbathing and relaxing on. Fully fitted kitchen. TV. Air conditioning (hot / cold) in all bedrooms. 2 min. walking from the beach. Parking.


    The villa, and the most of the houses in the area, were originally designed by egiptian architects. After some years we made some reforms in the order to make it more confortable and spacious but conserving the original style of the white houses of north africa, Ibiza and Formentera. We also add some touches of the Majorcan building materials as the stone-linded walls that make the place more cozy. The inside is full of light due to the large windows and skylights wich gives a very pleasant open atmosphere crossed by a bare chimney in the center of the living room.
