Holiday apartment with 1 bedroom

For all island lovers who want a peaceful stay but still want to be within walking distance of the South Beach, Burgstaaken's town center, or the harbor.

Our apartment is perfect for families of up to 5 people or couples traveling together, as our "Lotsenkoje" (Pilot's Cabin) has two separate bedrooms. The first bedroom features a large double bed (1.80m) and plenty of space for your vacation wardrobe. The second bedroom has a cool bunk bed with two people sleeping on the lower bunk (1.40m) and another person sleeping on the upper bunk (0.90m). Another highlight is the smart TV flat screens in both bedrooms, so the kids' entertainment doesn't have to be in the living room.

The spacious bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, toilet, and a walk-in shower, and also features underfloor heating.

A special highlight is the infrared sauna in the hallway, where you can relax wonderfully after long walks on the beach.

The integrated living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchenette and dining table is spacious enough for the whole family. Here you'll also find a large smart TV, so you can stream your favorite shows anytime, even on vacation.

From here, you can access the large south-facing balcony with a parasol, four sun loungers, and a large table.

Please bring your own bed linens and towels. However, you can also book these additional services with us if needed. Please note that the linen sets will be ready for you upon arrival in the apartment, but the beds will not be made.

A parking space is reserved for you directly on the property, and a shed offers additional storage space for items such as surfboards, handcarts, bicycles, etc.

Please understand that smoking and pets are not permitted.

If the pilot's cabin is already booked on your desired date, please feel free to check out our other pilot's cabins at www.lotsenquartiere.de as an alternative.
