Overall speaking, the building was in bad shape, room didn’t look good, and except for a friendly staff, wasn’t a good stay. It looks like the hotel is about to go for remodeling…

Overall, it is a very nice place and I would stay there again. The price was reasonable, and the cleanliness was very good, and the breakfast was very good also. It is conveniently located, and the only negative point was there were signs posted outside, warning people to lock their cars, because theft in the neighborhood was possible (especially at night). However, I never had any problems, and always felt comfortable. As I mentioned before, I would be happy to stay there again!

The hotel it's normal not new but bed is bigger, the breakfast don't have a lot things the rest ok.

Great bed and view. Hotel has been recently renovated. Confusing rate policy, charging 10% on top of the already calculated 10% tax shown on the site.

Pleasant, economical, clean and well located.
My first surprise was that no one at reception when I checked in spoke even a little English. I indicated with sign language that I would like a room on a high floor and was assigned a very pleasant room on the top (13th) floor with nice views of the area, The location is an easy walk to the TV tower with an observation deck from which you can see almost all of the cities important structures. I recommend going there soon after arrival to get your bearings of the layout of the city. A huge shopping center is only about a half block from the hotel with probably 30 restaurants on the top floor food court. It is an easy walk to the famous Dom Bosco shrine and not to far from the cathedral and bus and metro stations. Only one of the two elevators was operation for the entire 3 days of my stay but it did not seem to matter much as I got the feeling that the hotel was not very full. A male night receptionist spoke fluent English and said he had lived in England for several years. Most of the hotel staff were pleasant. The breakfast buffet was very extensive, fresh and tasty with hot and cold items and lots of local fresh fruits.

Hotel precisa melhorar.
O Hotel está com número de funcionários reduzidos, estive hospedada em 2019 e notei muita diferença. Diariamente tinha que solicitar toalhas de rosto ou banho, eram duas pessoas e só deixavam uma toalha, até papel higiênico tive que solicitar. A limpeza sempre bem feita, mas percebia que era uma funcionária só para vários andares. O café da manhã, não tinha por exemplo queijo minas, que é básico para quem não pode comer produtos gordurosos, queijo era mussarela e presunto, não tinha pão de queijo, muitas coisas com gordura e muitos doces, suco de laranja natural só depois das 8:00h quem tomava café mais cedo não tinha. O funcionário que atendia no salão de café Sr. Genivaldo é muito atencioso e sozinho tinha que limpar as mesas e providenciar pratos, talheres e copos. Impossível manter uma pessoa só para o movimento que tinha no café da manhã.

Experiência ruim e cansativa,primeiro que não era nada daquilo que o site apresentou,banheiro com teto em madeira,um cheiro de mofo,não tem tranças de segurança nas portas,não tinha cofre e o barulho do quarto era horrível,salvo que estava descrito com paredes antirruído. Olhei mais 2 quartos aonde o msm problema se manifestou. Resumindo,o último quarto era o que mais se aproximou daquilo que foi oferecido pelas imagens,mas me decepcionei totalmente. Banheiro sem o lacre de higienização,lixeira do banheiro sem plástico e muito deplorável. O último quarto que eu fiquei,tinha uma unha postiça no chão do banheiro,o que demonstra não ter sido higiênizado.
