  • Less than 10 minutes from the beach and just next to the city center, this townhouse of 90m2 is quiet in the heart of the city.
    from the historic district. It includes an entrance, a dining room and living room with its wood stove, a fully equipped kitchen and a private terrace and not overlooked with a plancha. The master room of nearly 18m2 is located on the first floor and the large bathroom with shower toilet and washing machine; and finally two rooms on the second floor, a large one of 17m2 and a smaller one of 12m2. The house is equipped with wifi with tv via internet, as well as a dock of bluetooth harman and cardon.
