Less than 10 minutes from the beach and just next to the city center, this townhouse of 90m2 is quiet in the heart of the city.
from the historic district. It includes an entrance, a dining room and living room with its wood stove, a fully equipped kitchen and a private terrace and not overlooked with a plancha. The master room of nearly 18m2 is located on the first floor and the large bathroom with shower toilet and washing machine; and finally two rooms on the second floor, a large one of 17m2 and a smaller one of 12m2. The house is equipped with wifi with tv via internet, as well as a dock of bluetooth harman and cardon.

Gemütliches Haus in guter Lage von Fécamp

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr unkomplizierter und freundlicher Empfang. Fußläufig ins Stadtzentrum, zum Strand, Hafen, Carrefour und zum Palais Bénédictine. 3 Schlafzimmer waren für uns perfekt, die Küche wie beschrieben recht klein, aber funktionell. Wir sind vom Haus aus über die Steilküste bis nach Yport gewandert mit Zwischenstopp am Strand mit zwei Wasserfällen und einem gestrandeten alten Boot, sehr empfehlenswert!Danke für alles, Mickaël und Vincent

Ausgezeichnete, liebevoll eigerichtete Unterkunft für Ausflüge und Erkundungen.Viele Treppen -sowohl im Haus und in der Umgebung- erklommen, viele Fußwanderungen zum Hafen/Strand etc., da alles fußläufig zu erreichen war, selbst im Carrefour mit dem Hackenporsche eingekauft.Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief hervorragend.

Schönes Haus - zentral in Fécamp gelegen

Wir haben uns in dem Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es handelt sich tatsächlich um ein komplettes Reihenhaus mit schönen Schlafzimmern und geräumigem Bad. Die Küche ist sehr klein, und auch die Terrasse ist etwas beengt, aber das ging alles aus dem Inserat hervor. Mickaël und seine Mutter waren sehr freundlich und Fécamp mit den tollen Küstenabschnitten und auch seinem Museum wirklich eine Reise wert.

Ferienhaus zwischen Innenstrand und Strand

Das Ferienhaus liegt mittig zwischen Innenstadt und Strand von Fecamp. Der Kontakt mit dem netten Vermieter ist unkompliziert. Die Schlafzimmer sind groß und bieten ausreichend Platz für fünf Personen. Leider haben das Bad und insbesondere die Küche einen gewissen Renovierungsstau. Wir haben daher die Küche zum Kochen gar nicht genutzt und sind immer ins Restaurant gegangen.

Friendly host, pleasant stay

The house is as described and well equipped, there was even a shopping trolley we could use. Mickael was an accommodating and responsive host. The distance to the beach was still (just) walkable with our three-year-old. No need for a car - we came by train - or even a bike within town, but we rented some for exploring further out - the Véloroute du Lin by tandem was particularly fun.

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end du 31 décembre. La maison est très confortable très bien décorée, on s’y sent très bien. Elle est également très bien équipée. Elle est proche du centre-ville et des rues commerçantes, proche aussi de la plage. Nous avons eu un excellent accueil. On ne peut que recommander très vivement cette location, d’ailleurs je pense que nous y retournerons dès que possible !
