"The hotel is run down and desk staff was not clear on protocol when changing reservations. Various items in room did not work and although maintenance was notified no one came to fix and there was no follow up to confirm if it was taken care of. "

Was told we needed to ask for the “full package” - since when is toilet paper an extra amenity? Pool looked nice; will likely be real nice once renovations complete. "

She was telling the staff to close down on me in a wheelchair that they were closed even though I was attempting at 9:45am to grab my own items. They just spoke in Spanish and guess what? I speak it too because I am Latina. I understood every word. Be careful who you speak ill of, don’t judge a book by it’s cover. "
