9.4/10 Exceptional! (1,004 reviews)
The best thing about the property is the staff- helpful, professional, accommodating. The worst thing about the property are the rooms. The building is old so the rooms are in need of constant repair. During our three night stay the living room wall heater needed to be fixed twice and the bathroom fan needed to be completely replaced. The shower leaked so badly that we had to leave a towel on the floor at all times to absorb the water. The rooms have a connecting door that is so thin that any noise, TV, conversation, music, comes right through. We will not be staying here again. That is too bad since the building was once beautiful and prestigious but time has taken its toll. And $70 per night to park a vehicle!

9.2/10 Wonderful! (143 reviews)
Our 1st time visiting to see tourist sights. This place is within 3-4 blocks of Philadelphia's 2 Hop-On/Office tour bus companies. There's a bakery/café & Starbucks across the street, plenty of food within walking distance, as well as we found affordable long term parking 3 blocks away. The building was recently renovated to like brand new. We loved our stay!!!

7.8/10 Good! (1,004 reviews)
"I had 2 rooms, both flush and sink were not working properly, toilet was not clean (kinda cracked room 224 & 225, bathrooms really need some serious upgrade. Showers you can barely get the right temperature, spending $500+ for one night in two rooms and getting this kind of room condition is unacceptable. ..."

"The experience in the hotel was great the free coffee, water, and toiletries were the reason that I booked this hotel again. The only slightly confusing part was the parking garage situation."
