When you walk through the front door, you'll immediately enter into our main living room, which is perfectly lit by our huge, floor-to-ceiling windows. Here, you'll see tons of seating including a red leather couch, three lounge chairs and a two-top table with a built-in chess/checkers board. You'll also have access to our stunning stone fireplace - filled with candles instead of wood - and 60-inch Samsung Smart TV with Amazon Firestick. From here, you'll also have access to our upper deck. Walk through the living room and you'll find our dining room and kitchen area. To the left, you'll see our six-top dining table as well as a two-top bar area. To the right, you'll see three leather barstools overlooking the kitchen, which is fully stocked with everything you need to cook your favorite meals. Head downstairs to access our second living room. Here, you'll find a large sectional, two lounge chairs, a 65-inch Roku TV, a desk area, a bar cart, a karaoke machine, an arcade game console and lots of boardgames! This is our favorite place to unwind after a long day out and about in NWA. When it's time to turn in for the night, choose from one of our seven luxury beds: (1) Our Primary bedroom is complete with a King-size bed, closet, dresser, Roku TV and en suite bathroom. (2) Our second bedroom features a Queen-size bed, closet, door to upper patio and nearby bath. (3-4) Our third bedroom has a Twin-size bunkbed, closet, door to upper patio and nearby bath. (5-6) Our fourth bedroom has a Queen-size bed, Twin-size foldout sofa bed, closet, Roku TV and nearby bath. You will also find a Pack and Play in the closet. (7) Our fifth bedroom has a Queen-size bed, dresser and nearby bath. Here, you'll also find our washer and dryer. Head outside to enjoy our outdoor living areas! Walk down to the pool (closed in the colder months) and hang out spot complete with lounge chairs and a dart board. On the upper patio, you'll find plenty of seating overlooking the front and side yards. On the lower deck by the garage, you'll find a gas grill and fire pit. This is the perfect place to enjoy that fresh Arkansas air! If you are visiting to hit the mountain bike trails, our garage space has plenty of storage, bike tools, and a smart TV to make it another perfect hang-out space. Guest Access: Guest Access & Amenities: Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. There are four exterior cameras for the safety of the property. They are located at the front door, back door, garage door, and patio door. The beds were all comfortable and the pool made the hot summer days so enjoyable. The location feels private and remote, yet we were so close to many conveniences. We usually stay in and prepare our meals and I will say the kitchen is only moderately stocked requiring a certain amount of MacGyvering, but we recognize we are likely the exception. The location is very good, short 15 minute drive to just about anywhere Fayetteville. The property is already on the end of a long road and up a little off the street so you really do have a ton of privacy and last but not least the pool, we couldn’t find any lights for the pool once it got dark out but we used the headlights instead, other than that this property was fantastic. Very clean, game room and a little outside fire pit area. Would definitely recommend the splurge on the price if possible. ##### Noah M. It was perfect for a quick trip to visit our son. There was plenty of room for everyone and the property was beautiful. The kitchen sink leaked when used which one of y'all's techs came to address. The sink in the common bathroom upstairs had a drain leak and flooded the downstairs during our stay. We used all the pool towels and mopped it up and moved all adjacent furniture and had to shut that bathroom off so nobody could use it.
