This is an extended stay style property, but the clientele here are not the traveling professional that needs a hotel for a few weeks. Think “I just got out of jail or rehab and I need a place until I can get on my feet”. Check in clerk was noticeably high. Room was generally clean but in disrepair (bathroom door wouldn’t shut, shower surround peeling off wall, etc). Several residents just hanging out in the parking lot smoking and purchasing goods and services. Most of the cars in the parking lot were full of belongings. Obviously serving a purpose for some, but I will definitely stay somewhere else next time.

I'm no hotel snob but...

The young man at the desk was friendly. Beyond that I have nothing nice to say. The parking lot was full of random sketchy people wandering around. The whole building smelled like a Grateful Dead concert. Our room had guests in the form of roaches already checked in, and the room was disgusting and dirty. The office closed at 10pm, I had checked in about 9pm, got keys and went to grab dinner before seeing room. No way I was staying there. I reached out to hotels com for help. They attempted to contact property w no luck. So I am out $400+ and out another $400+ for a clean room. I am beyond furious and will continue to try and get my money back. Do Not stay here ever....ever, ever, ever

The hotel was overbooked. The attendant said she had been turning people with reservations away all day. I called Expedia, and they made it right, putting me up in a different hotel at no additional cost.

Worst property in the United States. It’s a dump and it is an extended stay advertised as a nice hotel. Employees shut the rolling door and hang-out in the back smoking if you are looking for them. We had 2 rooms reserved and both were a total disaster. They left us stranded on 1 room and a week later refuse to refund the money even though they were over booked. Never stay here

DO NOT BOOK DO NOT STAY!!!! READ REVIEWS FIRST!!!! The worst place I have ever booked! It's not a Hotel its more of an Apartment building. Smells like stagnant water when you walk in. The room and bathroom was not clean the TV didn't work. Staff was helpful and was able to get a refund that was the only good thing. $130 a night was a joke just because there was a game.

I used Expedia because I thought it was a good way to book my hotel since I had a weekend trip, and I also paid for a way to secure my reservation. But when we arrived—me, my wife, and our two kids—the receptionist said there were no rooms and that they were overbooked. They said it was Expedia’s problem. I tried to contact Expedia and the insurance company, but didn’t get a response until 10 PM. The insurance people finally answered, but said there was nothing to be done in that situation. And since it was a very busy weekend in that area, we ended up with nowhere to stay.

When arrived at 9:30 for late check in only to be told that they were short staffed and weren’t accepting reservations shorter than 3 days. That’s understandable what is not is the lack of communication beforehand! It is hard to find a hotel that late on a game day! We ended up going to Bentonville to not break the bank! I don’t understand why the booking was not only confirmed but sponsored online as a promotion with no mention of that anywhere. All the front desk person could say was “I’ll make sure we don’t charge you” sir I would hope not….
