Our homey 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath stay is ready to welcome you to Fayetteville - thoughtfully decorated & situated in an ideal neighborhood backing up to some of Fayetteville’s best hiking/biking trails (Markham Hill!). Enjoy our home’s cozy living room with fireplace, a fully stocked kitchen, and our cocktail / coffee stations. Outside, enjoy a fenced-in peaceful outdoor space including a large, covered patio with lounge seating and dining, a cedar sauna, and peaceful old-growth trees!



The Space:

Our home is just 1 mile from The University of Arkansas campus and it’s an easy walk to the Razorback Football Stadium. Adventure just a little further and you will be in the center of Fayetteville’s one of a kind Downtown district complete with the historic square, Dickson St, shops, and local restaurants. Our home’s bedrooms include 2 King beds and 1 Queen, making this the perfect stay for groups of all kinds.

When you walk into home you will find our open concept living room, kitchen, and dining space that creates the perfect space for comfortable, memorable gatherings. The living room features a large Smart TV with all your favorite streaming channels, along with plush seating, large windows, a gas fireplace, a desk space, and a cocktail station! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you’ll need to make a meal or just a good cup of coffee.



Spend time in the backyard oasis! It is furnished with seating, a dining table, grill, a hammock, string lights, fire pit, and a 2–3-person sauna!



When it is time to turn in for the night, choose from one of our three private bedrooms upstairs:

(1) The primary bedroom features a King size bed, Smart TV, freshly remodeled & high-end suite bathroom, and access to a private patio.

(2) The second bedroom features a King size bed and has a nearby bathroom.

(3) The third bedroom features a Queen size bed, Smart TV, and has a nearby bathroom.

Guest Access & Amenities:

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

Other Things to Note:

House Rules that are strictly enforced:

- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.

- Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000.

- This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.

- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.

- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.

-There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
