Weekend getaway
The house was in great shape and was very clean. Would definitely stay there again. Only downside is being close to train tracks. Only heard one train during the stay.

Weekend in Fayetteville
The home is new and clean and well stocked. The location was convenient to campus and downtown. Home is next to railroad tracks, but the train wasn’t an issue over the weekend. Not the loveliest of neighborhoods but felt safe and was quiet.

Graduation Weekend
My husband, daughter, son-in-law, and their infant son all stayed here for my son's U of A graduation. We cooked dinner and also had a family celebration meal for our graduate. The property has lots of indoor space. Washer and dryer work well, and bathrooms are nice. Televisions are enormous, which we loved so we could watch Razorback softball! Brandon reached out at the beginning of our stay and was super helpful when I was decided whether or not to book. He even helped us retrieve something that got left behind! This house is about 8 minutes from the U of A campus and perfect for two couples to share or a family with older and younger children. We will definitely stay here again.

New and Clean
This property is brand new and very clean. Had everything our family needed and was close to campus. However, the location is right next to an active railroad track. At first the 8:30 am multiple horn blasts and rumble of the train were comical, the ones at 3:30 am were not. Wish we would have known as it was very loud and woke all of us up. Check in and check out was super easy.

New, clean, and convenient
Brand new and well appointed. Very clean and close to the campus. Also very quiet. It is next to railroad tracks but we barely noticed the train as it came by slowly. You will need your logon information for apps on the televisions which are very large and user friendly. We will definitely stay here again.
