Upon arrival at this spotless VRBO, our host, Kelly, provided us with some delicious goodies and Razorback cups! The house is well appointed with everything we needed. Very nice stay in Fayetteville. Great area to visit. Fayetteville is also a great mid point for daytrips to other areas like Eureka Springs. The townhouse was exactly as described and had evwrything we needed. There was some highway noise that might affect very light sleepers, but we were fine. Our stay was wonderful. Kelly was a delightful host and was always quick to respond to all messages. She made our experience go so smoothly from our first exchange through the stay. The place was exceptionally clean and nicely appointed throughout. We had everything we needed. Having a double garage available to us was a real bonus as we brought bikes with us. It was a treat to get to stay here as we discovered NWA for the first time.

Perfect for my needs

This property was perfect for me. The host (Kelly) is very customer centric and responds immediately. Being unfamiliar with the NWA area this was a bit far of a commute to Springdale and surrounding areas. That is on me though. The property is modern and comfortable also, the privacy of a private garage was really nice. Highly recommend staying here.

Wedding weekend

We traveled to Fayetteville for a wedding. Our recently college graduated son was a groomsman in one of his best friends wedding. We are tired of staying in cramped hotels and needed more room for the different activities. Kelly’s townhome was perfect! The place was very clean with comfortable beds. We had plenty of room to relax, spread out and have family/friends game night around the kitchen table. The neighborhood was quiet too. We will certainly book again when we are in Fayetteville!
