Comfortable, Clean, Easy!
Title says it all! Super clean, neat, comfortable, easy communication booking. We will surely stay here again when visiting family in area but would also be great if visiting UofA or surrounds. Property is in quiet neighborhood, contains everything you need for short or longer stay.

Exactly as stated on site.
This property is in a great location and was perfect for grandparents, parents and two young children. Highly recommend. I had a question on our way into town and the owner responded very quickly and was most accommodating.

Stay for wedding at Sassafras
This house was wonderful. Plenty of space for our family for son's wedding at Sassafras. Just minutes from the venue. I highly recommend this home for any stay in the Fayetteville area.

Excellent stay in Fayetteville
We were in town for our son’s graduation. The home was perfect for our family. It was clean and very well equipped with everything we needed. Harp’s grocery store and a few restaurants were very close and convenient. I would highly recommend!

Wonderful!
We stayed here while work was being done on our house. Rachel was so great to work with. Great communication. The house is adorable with so many nice decorative touches. It is fully stocked with everything you need--nice linens and towels, coffee and snacks. We loved the layout of the house and felt very comfortable! We highly recommend staying here!

Perfect location and within 10 minutes to the university. Clean and cute house. The mast doesn’t have a king and queen. It has a Queen and an air mattress.

Wonderful home
We came up to Fayettville for a Razorback game. This home was very clean. The owner was delightful. She was easy to communicate with and was extremely helpful. She even had snacks in the cabinet and bottled waters in the fridge. We traveled with 4 teenagers who are hungry all the time. So the snacks were a big hit with them. We also utilized the 2 air matresses that were provided so the teens could have a bunking party in the spacous livivng room. Check in and check out were super easy. Will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Razorback weekend!
Our family had such a wonderful weekend visiting our Razorbacks! The house is beautifully decorated, immaculately cleaned, and in a great location to visit both the University of Arkansas and retail areas. The living room is large and we enjoyed coming home each evening to watch movies and visit. Thank you again for a great stay!
