Fawn Lake

The stay was fine. I was't in the room alot. But I never got a receipt for the stay. There was somehow 2 bookings. Desk agent canceled booth and rebooked. He said he was going to cancel one of the stays but canceled both and rebooked. This made the stay more expensive. The amount was not too much more but it was still more. Trying to get a receipt for my stay was like pulling teeth. I probably won't stay at this property again, unless I have no choices.

It was a good price and a good location. The room was a little decrepit, and there was no coffee available onsite. When I arrived there were no towels in my room, and the concierge didn't answer the desk phone. On my first day there my room wasn't cleaned, despite them telling me they cleaned daily.

European like rooms. No amenities. No coffee or tea in rooms. Very young crowd.
